First, thank you for the advise over the phone.
This email serves to request a re-evaluation of my property in Ensisi Valley – Section 445 Lot 71, last done in 2017.
Since the last evaluation we have erected a Pavilion (7m x 4m) to the west of the property with 2x rooms currently used for storage and undertaken landscaping within the perimeter. Additionally we intend to run a back up water line within the coming month.
That being said, we are requesting your advise in a suitable time for your visit.
